Techno CVC is a rebuilder of alternators and starters for the automobile, truck and industrial equipment market. Les Batteries Électriques Gagnon inc known today under the company name <C. Gagnon Service Center inc.> (hereinafter called GAGNON) acquired this company in 1989. The shareholders of GAGNON owned at that time a company which operated in the same field under the company name “Les Rebâtisseurs GT Ltée”. In 1992 the shareholders merged these two companies.
In May 2005, the shareholders incorporated this division under the company name <Techno CVC inc>. In addition, on May 1, 2005, the shareholders sold part of the shares to the current general director of the company, Mr. Jean-Guy Arcand.
Techno CVC inc. serves a varied clientele such as: auto parts businesses, industries, construction and excavation companies with a fleet of trucks or automobiles, municipalities and governments.
In September 2014, the company moved its operations to 5825 boul. Métropolitain est, Montreal and becomes a Batteries Expert franchisee. This new banner allowed the addition of new battery lines as well as electrical accessories such as Solar Energy, chargers, wires, cables and lights.
